Help keep the HCM Facebook page active, engaged, and useful for a broad Christian audience.

This role includes:

• Staying informed about head covering and related discussions.
• Posting and resharing helpful content on the Facebook page.
• Engaging with comments, posts, and relevant Facebook groups.
• Promoting new HCM articles, videos, and resources when they release.
• Cross-posting important HCM content into the community group.
• Using Facebook-native features like polls, questions, reels, and recurring threads to build engagement.

Help make HCM’s Instagram presence active, beautiful, encouraging, and useful.

This role includes:

• Following relevant creators, hashtags, reels, and current conversations.
• Posting and resharing strong visual content related to head covering.
• Using stories, reels, images, quotes, and short clips to promote HCM resources.
• Engaging with creators and interested Christians inside and outside the HCM circle.
• Encouraging high-quality posts, photos, and videos from others by resharing them.
• Helping grow followers and engagement through thoughtful experimentation.

Help keep HCM active on X through regular posts, reposts, and engagement.

This role includes:

• Staying informed about head covering, 1 Corinthians 11, and biblical gender role discussions on X.
• Reposting helpful content from both the HCM community and other relevant Christian voices.
• Promoting new HCM articles, videos, and resources when they release.
• Engaging with comments, questions, objections, and relevant conversations.
• Helping grow followers and engagement through regular activity, timely posts, and thoughtful experimentation.

Make head covering easier to understand through clear, faithful video explanations.

This role is for someone who can turn biblical teaching into engaging visual content. The format can vary: whiteboard videos, 2D animation, live narration, motion graphics, slideshow-style explainers, or high-quality AI-assisted production. AI tools are welcome, provided the finished work is well-made.

This role includes:

• Creating short explainer videos about head covering.
• Turning key arguments, objections, or practical questions into clear visual explanations.
• Using traditional editing, AI-assisted tools, or both.
• Keeping the tone biblical, charitable, and accessible.
• Making sure the final video is accurate, polished, and suitable for HCM’s audience.

Pitch and write articles that serve the mission of HCM.

This role is for someone who can contribute thoughtful, well-written articles on head covering and related subjects. You do not need to commit as a regular writer immediately. Start by pitching a strong article idea that fits the mission, tone, and theological commitments of HCM.

Create original video content for HCM.

This role is for creators who can record exclusive videos for HCM, cross-post their own relevant content with us, and/or conduct interviews and testimonials for the channel. It is best suited for someone who is already comfortable on camera, has video editing skills, and a high quality set-up with good lighting.

Suggest another way you could serve the work of HCM.

This option is for people who have a thoughtful ministry idea that does not fit one of the listed roles. That could include a podcast, conference, marketing idea, or another creative way of helping Christians understand and recover head covering.
