Rev. Colin Mercer has served as minister of Dromore Free Presbyterian Church in Northern Ireland since 2025. He previously pastored congregations in Omagh, Kilkeel, and Greenville, South Carolina.

Rev. Mercer trained for the gospel ministry at Whitefield College of the Bible, completing his studies in 1993. During his ministry, he has also served as an administrator in Christian education, an adjunct professor at Geneva Reformed Seminary, and in several leadership roles within the Free Presbyterian Church of North America.

He and his wife, Heather, have two adult daughters. Rev. Mercer is grateful for the many opportunities God has given him to proclaim the gospel of redeeming grace.
